Conditions of participation for Timeride competitions
- Organizer: The competitions are organized by TIMERIDEGmbH, Berliner Straße 42a, D-60311 Frankfurt.
- Exemption from platforms: The competitions are in no way connected to the respective platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them. The platforms are exempt from any responsibility for the implementation of these competitions.
- Participation: To take part in the competitions, participants must follow the instructions on the relevant platform (e.g. follow the newsletter, like the post, tag people). No call to mark persons or profiles is permitted.
- Responsibility: TIMERIDEGmbH is solely responsible for the correct execution of the competitions.
- Duration: The duration of the competitions is clearly communicated in the respective information. All conditions of participation and restrictions can be viewed online at any time.
- Data protection: By participating in the competition, participants agree to our data protection regulations. Further information can be found under Privacy Policy.
- Exclusion of legal recourse and cash payout: Legal recourse is excluded. Winnings cannot be paid out in cash.
- Notification of winnings: The winners will be announced on the respective platforms.
- Miscellaneous: TIMERIDEGmbH reserves the right to adapt, change or cancel the competitions at any time should unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.

- Exemption from platforms: The competitions are in no way connected to the respective platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them. The platforms are exempt from any responsibility for the implementation of these competitions.
- Participation: Participation in the competition is only possible online at the website: www.timeride.de/mega-gewinnspiel/. Technically necessary for participation is leaving and uploading a contact e-mail address on the landing page: www.timeride.de/mega-gewinnspiel/, as well as first name, last name, relevant TimeRide locations, age, gender. By leaving and uploading the e-mail address on the website www.timeride.de/mega-gewinnspiel/, the competition participant gives the organizer his/her consent to be contacted in connection with the competition and to receive the TimeRide newsletter sent by TimeRide GmbH beyond the competition.
TimeRide is not liable for the availability of the website. TimeRide is also not liable for any transmission errors. TimeRide may also modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond TimeRide’s control or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition can be carried out properly. The prize will not be paid out in cash. Each person may only enter the competition once. Participation via automated mass participation procedures of third parties is not permitted. All persons aged at least 18 years and resident in Germany are eligible to participate in the “Mega Raffle” competition. The winners will receive their prize by email or post to the address they provided to TimeRide after the prize has been determined. Alternatively, the prize can be redeemed or collected at a location specified by TimeRide or redeemed online. If delivery of the prize is not possible or the prize is not collected or redeemed within the specified period, the claim to the prize will lapse. In this case, TimeRide is entitled to select a substitute winner. - Miscellaneous: TIMERIDEGmbH reserves the right to adapt, change or cancel the competitions at any time should unforeseen circumstances make this necessary. The closing date for entries is 15.01.2026 TimeRide reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of suspected technical manipulation.
