As of June 19, 2026, as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel certain online purchases directly and easily within 14 days — without long wait times, phone calls, or having to provide a reason. At TIMERIDE, this right applies toGIFT CERTIFICATES purchased online .

All you need is your order information from the gift card purchase— we’ll take care of the rest. Once you confirm, you’ll immediately receive a timestamped email as proof, and your refund will be processed automatically.
